Who we are
Carrier-side dispatch out of Mississauga.
Trucc.ca is a freight dispatch service provider based in Mississauga, Ontario, supporting owner-operators and small carriers across Canada and the United States.
We operate as a carrier-side dispatch team — helping trucking companies manage load sourcing, broker communication, driver coordination, and cross-border operations. Our focus is practical dispatch support built around keeping trucks moving efficiently and professionally.
We are currently a five-person dispatch team working closely with carriers in both local and cross-border freight operations.

How we're structured
Dispatch service. Not a broker.
This distinction matters legally and practically, so we're clear about it everywhere. We are a dispatch service provider, not a licensed freight broker.
What we do
- Find loads on behalf of carriers
- Negotiate rates directly with brokers
- Complete carrier setup paperwork
- Coordinate drivers, ETAs, and cross-border
What we don't do
- Take possession, custody, or control of freight
- Pay carriers or invoice shippers directly
- Operate as a licensed freight broker
- Hide a spread between broker and carrier rates
Who writes the blog
The dispatch desk writes it. Not a content farm.
Everything on the TRUCC blog is written by our dispatch team — five people who spend every working day on load boards, on the phone with brokers, and filing cross-border paperwork. We write about the situations we actually handle: a broker who stopped paying at day 45, a PARS that never made it to the border, a driver shut down at a scale on a securement call.
What we check against
Regulatory claims are checked against primary sources — FMCSA and Transport Canada rules, CVSA out-of-service criteria, CBSA and CBP guidance, and provincial CVOR requirements. Rate figures reflect current load-board data, not memory.
What we will not claim
We do not claim to have bench-tested equipment we haven't. On gear articles we explain what the specs mean on the road, what claims adjusters ask for, and what drivers report — and we say plainly when something is outside our lanes.
How we make money
Dispatch fees from the carriers we work for. Some gear articles also carry Amazon affiliate links, disclosed at the top of every page that uses them. Recommendations are not sold — no manufacturer pays for placement here.
